* CONVENTIONAL descaling systems with stationary jets and low to moderate water pressures often produce unsatisfactory results, by removing only part of loose scale and leaving about 20-40 scale faults per 1m of billet.

* We OFFER SUPERIOR HIGH PRESSURE STEEL DESCALER, using rotor descaler for scale removing and achieve superior quality and finish.

* ROTARY ROTOR DESCALING Nozzles can be placed closely to the steel surface, rotate above the straight moving billets resulting in spiral pattern, covering steel surface by multiple action. Several Nozzles with water jets overlap their pattern.

 

* 400bar high pressure Rotary Descalers 30l/min 30-40mm away from steel result in impingement 4-8N/mm2.

  - 16 times more than conventional descaling systems, thus resulting in high performance uniform descaling.

* 400bar high pressure stationary descalers 80-100mm away from steel result in impingement 0.8-1.3N/mm2.

* Conventional descalers available on market produce impingement about 0.5N/mm2.
